Far too often, real estate brokers are charged with the task of preparing lease documents (some go so far as to violate the law by engaging in drafting vs. simply inserting information into pre-prepared forms).

The problem, of course, is that real estate brokers are not trained to protect a landlord's rights (or even a tenant's).
